By using My Escapes you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for what's posted from it. You must be at least 13 years old.

Your content

You own the reviews, photos and notes you add. By posting them, you let us store and display them in the app. Public reviews are shown on public pages, so you're also letting us show those to anyone. You can delete your content at any time.

Be fair

• Review rooms you actually played, and be honest.
• Don't post spoilers outside the places marked for them, or anything abusive, hateful, illegal, or someone else's private information.
• Don't upload photos you don't have the right to share.
• Don't try to break, overload, scrape or misuse the service, or get into other people's accounts.

We can hide content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Directory information

Venue and game details come from open data sources, including Foursquare Open Source Places and OpenStreetMap contributors, and from our users. They may be out of date or wrong, so check with the venue before you book.

No warranty

My Escapes is a free hobby project, provided as is. We try to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses that come from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use My Escapes after a change means you accept it.
